We are Looking for *Job Title: V&V Engineer with ATC(Air traffic control) * *Location: Rochester, NY* *Duration: 6 months* *Objective:* · To organize and lead project ATC Verification, Integration and Test activities to ensure the delivery of a complete, correct and accurate ATC Sub-system in line with Project contractual requirements : documents, HW, SW, Data. · To define, manage or execute the V-cycle activities (Integration, Validation, Verification) throughout the whole project life for ATC : Design, Factory Integration · Be in charge of applying the technical policy defined by the platform for ATC (if any). *Responsibilities and Accountabilities* · The Project ATC validator shall then ensure that all the requirements for the ATC Subsystem level, as defined in the ATC SyRS and translated into the ATC Subsystem Requirements Validation Table, have correctly been taken into account. · Preparation specifications of the test procedures / scenarios to be run and their execution of ATC test bed · To run the test procedure and to record the associated test reports in the RVT · Ensures that Factory testing (via various means) provides a full coverage to guarantee a correct implementation of the ATC requirements : functional requirements and safety requirements · ATC Integration Test. Responsible to validate the start-up tests (post installation) for sub system interfaces · ATC Correspondence Test Report. To check the validity and consistency of interface data exchanged between various sub systems · ATC Functional Validation Test Report · ATC Performance Test Report (i.e. RAM objectives, Robustness, Endurance, Redundancy) · ATC Non Regression Test Report (validate the items that are modified/cancelled or new and ensure the correct functioning of the system) including impact analysis. · ATC Data Validation Report verification to ensure that the ATC sub-system URBALIS data preparation process is correctly implemented at project level · Support to the FIVP team when needed · Support to the VI&T leader for VI&T report redaction (especially for the restrictions analysis) and for planning consolidation. · Reporting following the process defined by the project and/or the department like Change Request *Experience:* It is required at least 5 years of experience working with signalling in areas such as V&V, Design or Application. Specific experience with Carborne Control systems and CBTC solutions is highly desired.
