If they are light in this skill, then they need to have strong telecom experience.* The Senior Business Analyst (BA) works closely with business and technical stakeholders to elicit and define requirements for key projects driven by business priorities. The BA meets with project sponsors and domain experts to gain a solid understanding to the problem(s) being addressed, identifies impacts, and works closely with teams to identify workable solutions . The* ideal* candidate will have experience in the telecom business and IT disciplines, and will be skilled at communicating with a variety of constituent audiences. The successful candidate will be part of a highly productive fast paced agile organization responsible for both customer facing applications and backend systems. *Essential Job Functions:* The job includes evaluating business and technical requests and decomposing requirements into functional requirement documents or user stories. The BA will work closely with the Development teams, Quality Assurance and Product Owners. The BA will coordinate and perform product demonstrations at bi-weekly review meetings. The successful candidate will be *able to think through the proposed design, identify edge cases and suggest possible solutions.
