It is important this individual be strong in CRM Marketing and and 1 of 2 of the following: 1.Data Warehousing – creating data marts 3.Business Intelligence – experience working with various BI tools This person needs to be strong in providing technical guidance and business strategy. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or IT related field • 7-10 years of application design and hands on development experience in .NET / C# and TSQL or PLSQL • Proficient in SQL skills. Able to understand ER diagram and write queries. • Experience in designing, implementing and managing data management systems including RDBMS’s, Data Warehouses and Datamarts. • Experience developing data analytics around a CRM, Client Reporting Product or Data Warehouse project for sales and marketing. • Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica or SSIS • Experience with one or more data profiling tools • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management. • Highly organized individual; detail-oriented; and the ability to work with independently in a rapidly changing environment Desired Skills: • Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, or Aptean Pivotal a plus.
