Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* Technical Analyst w/Oracle & OBIEE *Project Location* Melville, NY *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI : TELEPHONIC + FACE2FACE* Responsibilities: Analyze system and application requirements as they relate to *"Oracle Knowledge" and "OBIEE"* applications that provides knowledgebase and support tools for use by internal clients support agents and for web self-service. Review and troubleshoot daily break/fix/enhancement requests. Conduct or attend meetings with business/IT groups regarding enhancement requests and open support tickets, accurately record discussions, decisions and action items. Develop/Document use cases and test scenarios for new enhancements. Oversee the deployment process of application enhancements onto Development, QA, and Production environments. Coordinate and participate in integration testing Document configuration set up for each environment when deploying new applications. Maintain project plans and status reports to track open issues and development progress. *Candidate must be a self-starter, as candidate must have experience with Oracle Knowledge and/or OBIEE application and configuration on the job.* Ability to write *SQL database queries is required.* Knowledge of Java or other programming language is desired.
