*Title: VMware Engineer (candidate must have 8+ Year Experience)* *Location: West Palm Beach, FL* *Client: Telecommunications Industry* *Contract: 12+ months* Job Description Looking to identify an engineer who can architect, design and support a full data center migration. Job Responsibilities: · Architect and design the SRM environments. · Partner hand in hand with the Server, Network and Applications teams to execute upon BC/DR policies/strategies. · Coordinate and lead any remediation projects required to insure the client’s applications are recoverable at all times. · Plan, coordinate and report issues/results of DR tests. · Manage the full lifecycle migration of the SRM infrastructure. · Collaborate with other teams to perform interoperability testing with all the associated SRM components (e.g. SRAs, VR, vSphere, Load Balancers, etc.). · Lead and interact with the VMware/Storage Engineering teams to align vSphere/Storage design closely to SRM requirements.
