JOB DESCRIPTION:
Engagement Description: The contractor will provide development support and
maintenance support for the BizTalk services in the Ramsey County Claiming
Time Repository (CTR). The CTR is a health care claims processor which collects
claiming information fr0m service systems and generates claims to the specified
health insurance providers. Anticipate heavy development need during the first
3 months in testing and processing ICD10 claims. Maintenance needs are 40 -80
hours/month ongoing. The Contractor shall provide the following services: (a)
expert working knowledge of BizTalk server and BizTalk Rules Engine, (2) health
care claims expertise knowledge of and working experience with generating and
modifying 837P EDI files, (3) SQL server database knowledge and skills, (4)
excellent technical analytical skills and ability to write SQL queries, (5)
good communication skills, (6) knowledge of ICD-10 and assistance with
transitioning
to it, (7) oversight of and developer work on our software claiming system,
called CTR, (8) working closely with department s Management Analyst 4 (MA4)
to resolve critical CTR issues and provide CTR maintenance ongoing, and (9)
knowledge transfer to the MA4. The contractor s work will be directed by the
Ramsey County Department of Human Services; and specifically, by the MA4. The
Contractor will generally be expected to provide requested services on
weekdays,
excluding County holidays, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM.
