Candidates should have at least 10+ years of experience interpreting requirements, developing applications, and working with customers to deliver solutions. A good understanding of application design, databases, testing, and change control experience are all required. All candidates must be able to effectively communicate with other team members, managers, and customers both verbally, and in writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Object Oriented Programming concepts and the systems development life cycle. This experience will include modeling, designing, coding, unit, integration and regression testing, debugging and deployment.
