Includes performing root cause analysis, data and process analysis, authoring technical designs/documentation, and code reviews - Strong PeopleSoft application experience in FSCM 9.1 or higher (Specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Assets) - Experience designing complex end-to-end solutions that utilize delivered and/or custom PeopleSoft functionality and features - PeopleTools experience in 8.5X or higher - Experience leading portions or all of work unit/elements for PeopleSoft patching or upgrade projects (Application and/or PeopleTools) - Exemplary communication skills--written, verbal, and presentation to both technical and functional audiences in person and offsite - 2+ years of senior or lead developer experience including providing guidance, work direction, and mentorship/leadership to junior developers - An advanced understanding of best-practice PeopleSoft systems design, development, and modification techniques *Desired Qualifications:* - Strong PeopleSoft application development experience preferably FSCM 9.2 (modules desired: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Assets) - Creation and review of Technical Designs, unit testing, bundling/un-bundling of code using PeopleTools 8.53 - Thorough understanding of the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT systems architecture including hardware and software - Experience in evaluating high level business requirement documents and functional specifications - Familiarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) - Expert in PeopleTools 8.5X - Integration with Ariba P2P On Demand applications a plus - Experience with performance tuning of PS Application - Experience in Phire Architect - Knowledge of TWS job scheduler and SFTP - Comfortable taking the lead and encouraging action in ambiguous situations *Responsibilities:* - Responsible for reviewing high level business requirements and collaborating with business analysts and subject matter experts in developing multiple solution ideas, designs, and estimating work efforts - Responsible for hands-on development, management and implementation of change requests to PeopleSoft 9.2 Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Assets) - Provide technical leadership and mentoring through active knowledge sharing - Work direction, coaching and guidance to junior offshore developers - Responsible for development of new processes and custom enhancements to existing code, application patches/fixes/upgrades - Work in a functional/technical capacity providing technical and functional expertise to business and various IT Teams - Responsible for overseeing of environment setups including demo, build, test, production - Partner with Business and Systems analysts, Administrators, and Quality Assurance teams to support configurations, code customizations, code migrations, and testing from System, Integration, User Acceptance and performance - Work with IT development to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of issues and defects during development, testing, and post-production phases -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
