Cisco Unified Communication Manager(10.x/11.X) b. Cisco Unity Connection(10.x/11.X) c. Cisco IM&P servers(10.x/11.X) d. Cisco Voice Gateways ( 2900,3900 even 4400, 4300 series): H.323, SIP or MGCP e. Cisco Jabber rollout experience f. Site rollout activities, like: a. Site readiness activities b. User /device information capture c. Site specific configuration in related UC applications d. User/ Device configuration in UC applications e. User acceptance test and handover etc. g. Good Documentation skills h. Good Communication skills i. Coordination and communication with site’s network, security team for the site readiness and desktop support team for the Jabber client rollout for packaging the Jabber client. j. Post deployment and handover documentation Good to have a. Cisco Expressway-C/E b. Cisco TMS c. TCS( TelePresence Content Server) Optional a.
