Hi, Currently, I am recruiting candidates for one of my requirement as mentioned below. *Job Title* Unified Communication (UC)/Voice specialists *Project Location* Mount Laurel NJ *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI : Telephonic followed by Face 2 Face* *Need H1b Only* the uc (network engineer) technical lead will assist with the support of our corporate unified communications infrastructure with primary focus on our network environments. this environment consists of cisco solutions for lan / wan, site-to-site and client vpn, web-filtering, f5 for load balancers and external / internal dns, checkpoint firewalls, windows dhcp, and solarwinds for ip address management. he/she will participate in tactical planning, systems design / engineering, detail project approach / technical planning on various implementations. responsibilities may also include operational management tasks including system ticket management / reporting, network / application troubleshooting, capacity planning, system development / management, audit activities and integrated information systems. responsibilities: participates in analysis of technologies and tools required to manage an enterprise network / data center systems and services. 2. provides technical lead on projects and initiatives to create end-to-end enterprise architecture including execution architecture, (design / prototype / detail implementation / deployment) and operation architecture. 3. conducts systems technical studies of existing infrastructure; develop tactical plans to address short-term deficiencies in current infrastructure. develops / reviews technical documents to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance with corporate technology directions. interfaces directly with business units and other it teams or outsourcing partners to analyze and resolve technical issues. provides technical hands-on assistance and mentoring to the team players in an operational and project role. keeps pace with new technologies, directions and the latest industry trends. responsible for enabling network / date center technology, architecture and infrastructure including lan / wan, vpn, web-filtering, firewalls, network switching and routing, dns, load balancers and network management tools. may provide technical leadership to team regarding network and / or data center solutions including hardware, software and application. involved in research and recommendation of network products and services. leads technical analysis, planning, design, deployment and testing for complex enterprise-wide network / data center systems and applications. involved in developing / implementing uc – network / data center policies, guidelines, processes and procedures for best practices. requirements: qualifications required: 1. bachelor's degree in computer science or information system management or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2. 5 to 7 years technical leadership experience with minimum 3 years experience on network systems technology, management, and configuration. 3. experience with cisco technologies are strongly preferred. 4. knowledge of networking technologies including telecommunications carrier services. 5. leadership experience with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. 6. excellent team skills, decision-making, and the ability to creatively and concisely communicate with all levels of the organization. 7. exceptional analytical skills necessary to identify and resolve technical issues or problems. 8. capability and desire to continuously learn new technologies, tools and methodologies. 9. strong background in a variety of operating systems, network technologies, and management tools.
