*Job Details:* Title: Application Developer(.NET) Location: Washington, DC Duration:6 months. We need an Application Developer for our direct client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have experience developing new applications and enhancing existing application providing production support for existing in-house developed applications. To Provide 1st level support for 3rd party vendor provided applications and Interface with end users taking functional requirements from concept to production. Ability to quickly pick up new technologies is a must. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. The business unit uses some 3rd party provided applications (ex: Lodestar, Billing Expert). Must be able to quickly learn new applications and provide support for these 3rd party applications Prior experience in Electric Utility business or knowledge of Electric Utility business is desired. In the absence of Electric Utility experience, a demonstrated ability to quickly adapt and learn new industries / business process is a must.
