Position : Business Analysts with property and causality experience and Guidewire experience Duration : long term contract position for Citizens Location : Tallahassee or Jacksonville FL. *Role:* •Be able to review and gain understanding of existing functionalities introduced to GuideWire system through User Story reviews and hands on system use •Understand how auxiliary systems and business units integrate with policy center application •Create requirements for new functionalities for Guidewire System currently in development •Gather requirements for 3rd party systems relating to policy management, inspections, and reporting •Work with partner BAs, Subject Matter Experts and Project Owner to gather, create solidify/fine • tune and gain approval on requirements composed •Ability to demonstrate and present developed features in large group setting *Required:* •5 or more years of business analyst, reporting, or IT systems development experience •Property Insurance Policy processing knowledge •Bachelors or Technical Certification & experience related to position description •Skilled in creating Requirements Documents, User Stories, and related Test Plans.Experience with GW system, Property Insurance Concepts •Extensive experience in conducting JAD sessions and ability to control group settings to achieve the meeting objectives •Must be able to work in Agile fast paced environment, but can work independently or as part of a team •Able to articulate questions or present issues, in a professional manner •Excellent communication skills, while possessing the ability to elaborate on problem in lemans terms •Ability to effectively/efficiently communicate with peers and with senior readership •Needs to be able to make decisions and present solutions or design for input and critique from Product Owner *Key Activities:* •Creating documentation related to mapping Legacy data to the Conversion database •Creating technical diagrams, artifacts, report mockups, etc., to accompany business requirements documents •Working with other BA’s, documenting customer requirements clearly using Word, Visio diagrams, flowcharts, use-cases and swim lane diagrams or other established tools and techniques •Working with programmers developing UML diagrams, prototypes and pseudo code from customer requirement documentation •Manage and track changes to system requirements throughout the development, testing and maintenance lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation at all time •Maintain continuous communication with end user and developers through development, testing lifecycle, maintaining accurate documentation at all times •Assist Quality Assurance team in developing and executing test plan and scripts and User Story Acceptance Criteria •Assist in development of end-user manuals and instructional documentation •Provides early notification of issues potentially affecting work flow efficiency, end user functionality, system interoperability, etc. •Analyze manual processes and translates into automated processes, identifying necessary triggers and dependent events •Develop data pulls using Structured Query Language (SQL) in support of analysis and design efforts *Preferred Qualifications:* •Guidewire experience Thanks and Regards Andy Talent Acquisition Team Glomark International LLC* *Direct: 908-333-5191 Fax: 908-688-8831* Email: *a...@glomark-llc.com / *Gtalk: ** glomarka...@gmail.com* <glomarka...@gmail.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
