Position : Front End UX Designer Location : Downers Grove, IL, NOT PHILADELPHIA******* Duration : 3 to 6 Month Contract *Skillset needed:* Significant coding experience in as many of the listed technologies as possible Front End User Experience (UX) Design highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years coding experience in specified or related technologies. *Project Description:* This is an upgrade of a client/server application written in 2002 in VB.NET/SQL Server to a web based, centralized application written in current technologies. The system currently handles 600 clients in the Healthcare market, facilitating Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Patient Transport. The new version will be required to run on all modern browsers including iPad and Android, and will need to be fully internationalized. The project is currently in development and most of the current architecture is in place, though significant development is still needed in all areas. Consultants will be expected to be in the Downers Grove office if at all possible. Offsite consulting will only be considered if the candidate is especially skilled in needed areas. The duration of the project is expected to be approximately 6 months. The technologies to be used include MVC 5, C#, HTML 5, CSS 3, jQuery, SQL Server, Entity Framework 6. All consultants for this project should be familiar with these technologies at a minimum and experienced in as many as possible.
