Position : ICD-10 Business Analyst Location : Madison, WI Duration : 6 months We are looking to bring on two contract BAs to aid in the ICD-10 Remediation Program. In addition to typical qualifications for our BAs (see below), any experience with Healthcare is a plus. These individuals will work from Conceptual Requirements to define Detailed Requirements for our Network Strategy to Contract Management and Quote to Premium business areas. If they have the experience or aptitude, their position may be extended an additional four months for the Testing phase for these changes. *Detailed Job Duties:* - Understand and follow Solution Delivery and Project Delivery methodologies - Translate assignments received in the form of objectives to specific tasks and milestones - Conduct elicitation sessions to gain an understanding of the business problem being addressed - Analyze, specify, and create detailed requirements definition documentation which may include process flows, user interface mock-ups, reports and data models - Conduct requirement verification and validation sessions to gain approval on Detailed Requirements from business and technical stakeholders - Develop traceability from Conceptual through Testing to ensure high quality products are delivered - Participate in team reviews on proposed technical designs to ensure alignment with the business - Assist users to document processes and procedures for using and supporting new solutions - Collaborate with business stakeholders, Project Office leadership, vendors and IT staff to document and resolve any project issues - Evaluate and present recommendations for process improvement initiatives * * *Required Skills:* - Minimum of 2 years of business analysis or process improvement / engineering experience - Demonstrated proficiency with Business Analysis skills including defining analysis planning, elicitation, requirements management and communication, and solution assessment and validation - Understanding of business process management, workflow and integration methods and tools - Experience with visual requirement modeling techniques, such as logical data and process models, workflow diagrams, context diagrams, and/or user interface mock-ups - Exception oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Willingness to work individually and as part of a team to achieve business objectives - Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment, and comfortable with change - Ability to quickly gain familiarity with systems and projects assigned Thanks and Regards *Andy* Talent Acquisition Team Glomark International LLC* *Direct: 908-333-5191 Fax: 908-688-8831 Email: a...@glomark-llc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
