*REQ. SKILLS**:    PeopleSoft Application Consultant - Human Capital
Management (HCM) - Commitment Accounting and Payroll*

*OVERVIEW
*Client is currently using Oracle PeopleSoft HCM version 9.0 and is
starting the upgrade to HCM version 9.2.  The Commitment Accounting and
Payroll staff has several competing priorities and is seeking a qualified
individual with strong functional expertise to assist in the upgrade
assessment, fit/gap sessions and scope recommendations. Qualified
candidates must have prior relevant experience in the areas described
below.

Key qualifications related to the individual Consultant(s) assigned to
perform services outlined herein include:

·         Experience with HCM version 9.2 HCM Commitment Accounting and
Payroll.

·         Experienced PeopleSoft Consultant to lead the Preview and Fit/Gap
sessions spanning the Payroll and Commitment Accounting areas.

·         Must also specifically have experience with the Integration of
these modules with Core HR, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor and
General Ledger.

Requirements:
1. Core strength in the Commitment Accounting and Payroll areas including
self service components
2. Higher Education sector experience
3. Experience of assisting client in upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2
4. Ability to take input from the client's application services (support)
and development teams in developing the session topics and deliverables
5. Ability to lead the preview/fit-gap session including noting issues,
suggesting alternatives (when needed), and helping client understand what
is configurable.
6. Deliver key documents such as complete fit/gap list, issues list with
recommendations/workarounds, session minutes in a cohesive business process
flow.
