*Need Local only available for F2F * *Salesforce.com Developer* *NJ-New Jersey/Parsippany* *6+ months* *MOI :: Telephonic followed by face to face* Description: Salesforce.com Developer position will be responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting applications on the Salesforce.com platform as part of the existing in-house Salesforce.com team. The Developer will be knowledgeable in Salesforce.com configuration and programming capabilities, including mobile applications. The Developer will also provide higher level production support for the Salesforce.com platform including support for applications that interface with Salesforce.com. *Essential Job Functions:* Ability to take business requirements and design a Salesforce.com solution leveraging the native capabilities of the platform with a minimum of custom coding. Design, code and test Salesforce.com applications under the supervision of the in-house team and following Salesforce.com best practices. Provide higher level production support for existing Salesforce.com applications including interfaces to other systems and mobile applications. Possess and maintain technical proficiency with Salesforce.com technology including seasonal updates. Ability to work with a project team or work independently on smaller tasks. Able to research solutions and solve technical issues independently. Provide technical guidance to Salesforce administrators and HIT teams as needed. Participate in requirements gathering and testing phases of projects as needed. Prepare technical documentation. *Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience *Salesforce 201 Admin & SF401 Developer Certification - Required* Good written and verbal communication skills Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com including configuration and advanced Apex programming techniques. Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other external systems.
