Leads system design, development and integration of multiple systems by providing technical guidance and direction. Utilizes established relationships and consults with Wellmark leaders on system and process improvements. Provides guidance for IT policies, procedures, standards, tools, security and infrastructure. This role will require specific experience with SQL and .NET. *Responsibilities: *Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. 7 + years of relevant work experience including: 7-9 years’ experience in computer applications development and/or system analyst position. Experience in systems development life cycles. Experience in programming languages SQL, ASP.NET, C#, HTML). Knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure. Experience in structured and/or object-oriented programming techniques.
