1. • Minimum of 6+ years' system architecting and administration
of Enterprise Monitoring Systems and application performance
monitoring tools.
2. • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Server Management
products, i.e. IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Omnibus, BMC Patrol, HP Openview,
and Microsoft SCOM.
3. • Minimum of 5+years networking experience in an enterprise
environment Experience with one or more of the IBM, BMC, and Microsoft
suite of monitoring products (Tivoli, Patrol, SCOM 2007), HP Business
Availability Center and Gomez.
4. • Demonstrated ability to handle/organize multiple complex
technical projects simultaneously
5. • Consulting experience in Retail and Financial Background
6. • Experience with PCI compliance
7. • Demonstrated ability to apply technical
8. • Knowledge of SNMP
9. • Experience with ticketing systems (Remedy)
10. • Incident and Event Management experience (ITIL
certification Preferred)
11. • Strong technical skills in system administration of
Windows, Solaris, and Red Hat Linux.
12. • Knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring metrics and best
practices.
13. • Experience with Enterprise logging tools and best practices.
14. • Experience with TCP/IP and core LAN/WAN principles.
