*Detailed JD*

   - Total 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of in depth
   experience in AEM
   - The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the
   ability to architect Adobe AEM solutions by migrating from HP Content
   Management System.
   - Demonstrate ability to engage in senior level technology decision
   maker discussions related to agility, business value, and architecture is a
   must
   - Experience in migrating content from existing CMS systems to AEM/other
   CMS systems
   - Understanding of content model, taxonomy and information architecture
   - Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate
   business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives.
   - Proficiency in architecting and designing a solution using Adobe AEM
   product suite and review the detailed designs.
   - Manage customer relationship by communicating Adobe AEM architecture
   standards and frameworks, answering questions, resolving concerns and
   issues.
   - Implement Adobe AEM architecture by building components and custom
   designs, prototyping, data migration, maintaining technical integrity and
   consistency, documenting system.
   - Must have worked on personalization, dispatcher configuration, SEO.
   Experience in integrating AEM with LDAP or SSO is a plus.
   - Ability to advice on implementation strategy, performance, tools,
   operations, release, deployment to the customers.
   - Possess good knowledge on Front End technologies like jQuery angular
   js, react js etc. Angular 2 knowledge is a plus.
   - Must have a good understanding of Agile methodology.
   - Solution Architecture, design reusable assets and solutions.
