Note: Need LOCAL only and US Citizens or GC Holders !!* *Job Overview*: Resource is primarily responsible for ensuring delivered technologies meet Federal agencies’ guidelines for Federal employees with disabilities to have access to the use of information and data that is comparable to the access and use by Federal employees who are not individuals with disabilities. Ensure the specifications for software pertain to usability for people with either visual or audio impairments. Validate technical specifications and performance-based requirements, which focus on the functional capabilities of covered technologies. Ensure provisions are included in designs to ensure compatibility with adaptive equipment people with disabilities commonly used for information and communication access, such as screen readers, Braille displays, and TTYs. Design testing plans and conduct technology assessments to test adherence to Federal standards Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
