Role: PeopleSoft Integrator/Support Analyst Duration: About 10+ months Location: NYC, NY 10001 SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE The Enterprise Applications Office is seeking three temporary consultants to perform applications development, business and system analysis; develop technical specifications, documentation, build, and unit test in compliance with MTA standards and procedures, and assist in testing systems to deliver technology solutions to MTA business users. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the enterprise application development area with PeopleSoft Integrator/Support Analysis work in the support of • Analysis for technology related initiatives. • Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements and system design for the development and configuration of software applications that support MTA business requirements • Perform application code modification to PeopleSoft code providing limited customizations or bolt on applications. • Design, build, test and business technical requirements • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends • Develop and maintain technical and standard documentation for program development activity in a timely and high quality manner • Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures • Develop and maintain of system and functional test plans that adequately test the defined requirements and functions • Document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems • Coordinate and facilitate meetings such as requirements, and various status reports • Adhere to a Standard Project Development Life Cycle approach • Develop and support critical project documentation throughout the project life cycle, from Initiation and Requirements stages through Design, Development, Test, Implementation and Closeout. This includes but is not limited to As-Is and To-Be process flows, Requirements Documentation, Design Documentation, Build Documentation, Unit Test result etc. • Support system integration testing, UAT, and implementation cut over testing DELIVERABLE & DUE DATES Documents detailing: • Functional Requirements review • Technical Design • Technical Builds • Unit Test results • Status Report QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION • Minimum of 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Integrator / Support Analyst role • Detailed understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 module in FSCM, HCM, ELM, EPM, Pension and expertise with People Tools 8.49 or higher • Java, SQL, XML, App designer, BI Publisher, TOAD • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills • Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment • Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter Thanks, Shalin TCA Consulting Group Inc. recrui...@tcagroupmail.com Mobile: 704-954-8009 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
