There are various point to point integration between cERP and Birchstreet, iScala ERP & Opera and so on for each hotel. The iScala ERP is in a disparate environment - each hotel has its own instance of the ERP in a separate server. The integration is working very smoothly and no issues today. The future direction it to operate from a centralized server and application environment. Thus there is a need to review the current integration programs and evaluate their ability to scale and review if they are per proper coding standards with error and exception handling etc. Hyatt has licenses for both Informatica and ODI. As part of this exercise, Hyatt wants to evaluate an Enterprise ETL tool (no real time integration) for batch integration. The integration will support 100+ hotels. 1. Following are the proposed integration required: • ERP – ISCALA to Reconciliation tool – Blackline • Eprocurement – Birchstreet to AP Workflow tool – Genpact ESM (two way) • GEnpact ESM to ISCALA ( Two way) • ISACLA to Hyperion – for consolidations (already exists) • ISCALA to Capital budgeting or IcapEx & ICAPS to Birchstreet 8. The architect will call up the various vendors / Mainz IT team to understand the current integration architecture, collect existing artifacts and document the same. 9. He / she will understand the Hyatt’s current and future needs and drive the product evaluation & architecture. 10.
