Description

The client seeks Salesforce Lead Analysts to perform software quality
assurance, Agile, testing and database queries.



Note: Resource *must* be onsite in St. Louis, MO. No remote work.



Required Skills:

   - 5+ years experience in business analysis role that includes software
   quality assurance, Agile, testing and database queries
   - 2+ years of hand-on development experience with Salesforce developer
   toolkit (Apex classes, controllers and triggers, Visual force, Force.com
   IDE, Migration Tool, Web services, etc.)
   - Working knowledge of development tools such as Java-based user
   interface and Oracle databases
   - Demonstrated ability to seek and rapidly acquire business and
   technical knowledge needed to independently serve as liaison between the
   customer, developers, and business project leader.
   - Experience with Continuous Integration and test driven development.
   - Experience integrating salesforce with 3rd party systems using web
   services and app exchange apps.
   - Produce elegant code to meet design specifications using Apex, Visual
   Force and other technologies.
   - Perform release migration tasks and environment data load, config,
   setup.
   - Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work
   experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree.



Preferred Skills:

   - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
   and Project).
   - Proficient with database query tools/techniques.
   - Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written
   communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of
   business and IT representatives.

Description:

The client seeks an Oracle solutions architect with senior development
experience in Java/J2EE Web applications. The selected resource will be
capable of reviewing existing code, architecture, technology, and creating
development plan for hand-held scanning equipment and associated
applications. This resource would code as well as performing the
architect/lead role.



NOTE: Client preferred onsite in Topeka, KS. Potential for remote work with
travel for the right candidate



Required Qualifications:

   - 4+ years of experience architecting Oracle ADF solutions.   Includes
   infrastructure sizing and design.  Integration with existing Oracle Forms
   application.


   - 4+ years of hands-on experience using Oracle ADF and design,
   development and deployment of ADF applications.  Extensive experience in
   ADF 11g.


   - 7+ years of experience programming/developing rich client web
   applications using J2EE specs including Java, JSF, EJB, XML, Javascript,
   Oracle ADF Framework.


   - Microsoft Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5, Windows CE 6.0, Mobile
   Windows classic 6.1.


   - Strong Programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSF, JSP, Struts, Servlets,
   Beans, HTML, JDBC, XML and JavaScript.


   - Oracle Forms and Reports 6i.  Oracle Database 11g, JDeveloper 11g.


   - Strong experience with Oracle SQL, distributed technologies,
   Frameworks and Application servers.
   - Experience in Oracle OID/OVD and OAM for authorization and
   authentication into Oracle e-business systems a plus.


   - Experience with all phases of a project lifecycle development process
   (analysis, design, code, test, migrate).
   - Ability to provide production and maintenance support.





Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with Intermec CK71a plus.

·         BS in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems,
or similar field, or equivalent experience and/or professional certification

·         The ability to think analytically, solve problems to complex
business processes, and document results

·         Excellent communication skills: expected to write requirements
documentation, and other documentation as necessary

Description

The client seeks an experienced MicroStrategy Analyst-Developer. The
selected candidate will be responsible for operational and data strategies.
Creation of reports, dashboards, and visual insight is a must.



Responsibilities include:

·         Prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation.

·         Designs, implements, and maintains databases.

·         Performs analysis of data for Extraction, Transformation, & Load
(ETL) strategies, pattern recognition, and application of analytical tools.

·         Contributes to approaches to data quality, metadata, and/or
business rules as they apply to data mining and systems engineering
projects.



Note: Resource must be available to work onsite at client facility in
Arlington, VA. No remote work.



Required Skills:

·         5+ years experience as a Micro Strategy developer (reports,
metrics, filters, etc.) and ability to design & develop databases and
dashboards including:

o   Understanding functionality and design

o   Determine enhancements

o   Create mockups for design approval

o   Create graphics, MicroStrategy Objects, and documentation

o   Perform testing of enhanced dashboards

·         Hands on design, development and support for all components of
the MicroStrategy product suite, including Intelligence Server, Web, Visual
Insights, OLAP Services, and Desktop

·         Demonstrated ability to understand data models for OLTP or OLAP
schema.

·         Experience presenting to and interacting with senior management,
and working with enterprise wide business and department management to
understand and prioritize data and information requirements.

·         Strong customer service skills as well as written and verbal
communication.

·         Software Development Lifecycle experience (Waterfall or Agile).



Preferred Skills:

·         Demonstrated ability to lead others and manage multiple
assignments simultaneously
