*need a senior Project Manager with Hospitality (Cruise Line, Airline, Hotel, Casino) and Infrastructure experience. They are moving a data center. The keys are Hospitality, Infrastructure and 10MM+ budget projects. This is a SKYPE and phone to hire. I know the rate is not great but that is what we have. Shipboard project experience heavily preferred; Airline, Cruise line, or Hospitality experience required.* *2. Experience with a Portfolio of at least $10mm * *3. Data Center or office relocation or renovation experience* *4. Ability to effectively communicate with Sr. Management and C-level executives* *5. Vendor Management experience* *6. PMP/MBA Preferred* *Requirements* *• A baccalaureate degree in computer science or related area is required. Having or currently pursuing advance degree is highly desirable particularly an MBA.* *• A Project Management Professional (PMP) is a must and/or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification (preferred).* *• ITIL Expert level qualification with focus in IT Service Management (ITSM)* *• Excellent verbal and written communications in U.S. English. Basic knowledge of Italian and/or German is a plus.* *• The candidate should possess a minimum 8 years overall experience in information technology infrastructure implementations, with specific emphasis in the following:* *• Vendor Management. Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (ITIL) governance. Project management. Technology planning. Total Cost of ownership. Proven ability to drive change, build consensus, and satisfactorily resolve conflicts.* *• Background in the Cruise Industry will be considered a plus. Experience in an environment of diverse, but related systems, platforms, and applications. Experience directing multi-million dollar budget projects will be a plus.* *• A firm level of proficiency and technical understanding of applications and systems lifecycle is necessary to fulfill the position responsibilities.* *• Experience implementing technology in support of cruise line businesses is significant plus, including but not limited to ship refits, dry docks, new builds, VSAT installations and architectural modifications in support of technology solutions.* *• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organization, presentation and documentation abilities, including Visio diagrams and “as-built” documentation.* *• An understanding of project management methodologies and tools accompanied with creativity and innovative thinking to find solutions to complex problems that can balance short and long-term objectives.* *• Understanding of change management, process improvement and organizational analysis.* *• Successful in creating a compelling, credible business case for information technology initiatives.* *• Proven experience in project leadership, communications at different levels, conflict resolution, planning, organization and management.* *• Global perspective.
