This person will be responsible and accountable for successful end-to-end project delivery as measured by: On-Time, On-Budget, With Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Top Technical Skills/Experience: 1. Established IT Delivery Manager (Project Manager) with experiences delivering Treasury, Investment instruments/Securities, and Financial projects Ie. Blackrock, Aladin, CAMRA, Bloomberg - 5 Years 2. Proven experience successfully managing complex IT initiatives - 10 Years 3. Proven experience successfully managing large teams of diverse resources - 10 Years Duties /Responsibilities: · Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing complex initiatives using a formal project management methodology. · Partner with Business areas to assist with Business Case obtaining approved scope and value. · Ensures established project budget and schedule are met · Facilitates meetings with multiple levels within the organization to obtain, drive and communicate the status of the project · Present project-related presentations for executive-level leadership · Direct and frequent involvement in sponsor, client, and customer relations to ensure that service expectations are met · Identify, document, and driving issues and risks to resolution / mitigation and when necessary escalate to leadership for assistance. Develop decision documents for options to resolve issues / risks. · Establish, analyzes, monitors and forecasts project budget based on information provided from a variety of areas · May manage multiple project releases of moderate size concurrently. · Develop detailed plans and schedules using MS Project. · Develop integrated plans tracking milestones across multiple enterprise initiatives · Monitor project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule. · Collaborates with different business areas to prepare the project for implementation, including coordinating communications, process changes and training. · Coach and mentor individuals on the project teams and provides feedback on performance to their leaders. · Adhere to Project Management Office policies, procedures and methodologies. · Possess thorough knowledge of PMI standards and terminology (including PMBOK) · Assist in establishing and improving project management methodologies, procedures and policies. Required Skills/Experience: · Minimum 10 years experience running IT projects in the Treasury, Investment instruments/Securities, and Financial Domains · Proven experience collaborating at the Director and VP level - 10 Years · Demonstrated strong leadership skills with hands on management of project execution · A -take charge- approach and desire to remove project road blocks, resolve issues and mitigate risks · Excellent oral and written communication skills (English speaking - required) · Able to communicate using terminology that can be understood by both technical and business leadership.
