Manage the delivery of infrastructure for IT projects from design through turnover. Ensure project plan, progress, documentation and implementation processes are followed. 75% 2. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure budget, resource, timelines, risks, dependencies and milestones are managed and the necessary updates communicated. 20% 3. Contribute to the development of services, strategy, and policy. Maintain an awareness of external trends in technologies and service providers that relate to the company’s goals. 5% Certification in ITIL, PMBOK, or Lean Six Sigma preferred. *REQUIRED SKILLS:* In order of importance, list specific skills or talents that a qualified incumbent should possess (i.e., management of large staff, computer applications, subject knowledge, etc.) 1. Previous leader or management experience in the Information Technology field. 2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Project. 3. 5+ years of project management experience. 4. Experience with change management, risk management, and quality assurance methods. 5. Familiarity with a variety of technologies: at least two server operating systems,, storage, networking, security, web/application/database software, virtualization, high availability, disaster recovery.
