Job Title  :   Business Analyst

Duration  :   9 Months

Location  :   Cambridge, MA

Mode Of Interview : *Telephonic Followed  By Face To Face*

Very strong communication skills (both verbally and written communication
is a must) and ability to navigate a wide variety of disparate inputs and
condense them to concise requirements is critical.

*5 + years’ Pharma-Biotech industry experience required.*

5+ years’ experience as a BA with command of SDLC  iterative systems
development methodologies, in biotech-pharmaceutical

Experience implementing solutions involving automation control software
like Finesse DeltaV and OSIsoft PI, Discoverant is highly desired.

Knowledge of information systems  workflows for lab assay data  knowledge
management, data query  analysis, lab automation  LIMS  inventory.
Electronic Lab notebook experience being a plus

Familiarity with lab instrumentation for this scientific domain: mass spec,
chromatography, bioreactors,  process control systems

• Ensure solution delivery meets business need and expectation through
business requirement gathering.
• Gather business needs and document requirements for technical team
• Work with technical teams to develop technical requirements and solutions
• Is accountable for projects throughout entire lifecycle; depending on
scale and complexity may need input or guidance on critical decisions.
Bachelors’ Degree required Relevant industry certification or training (if
applicable) .
