This position will also resolve and coordinate testing issues with IS&T development teams, vendors, and business users and will create documentation and reports for test results and defect trends and analyze data in order to make recommendations to management; In addition, this role will participate in projects, ensuring the coordination of quality assurance activities in alignment with the project plan and will work with customers and business partners to develop test strategies and negotiate approvals.
