Individual will be responsible for flawless execution of system implementations and maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop functional specifications and system design specifications to meet project objective based on strategic business and operating models • Develop and maintain strategic vision for the delivery of infrastructure system • Develop and maintain a strategic and technology roadmaps to support business needs • Install, configure & maintain Windows based systems • Design, setup & maintenance of VMWare Virtual Infrastructure • Development and implementation of standard operating procedures for worldwide operations • Plan, document and implement changes per change management guidelines • Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity & increase efficiencies • Proactively evaluate and recommend new solutions • Remain on the forefront of emerging technologies and provide innovative ideas • On a rotational schedule, provide on call support for business applications and infrastructure tools • Being a part of an on-call rotation that supports Windows, Linux, and VMWare. Experience and Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business and/or equivalent IT experience • 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator • Must have advanced experience with Implementing, Supporting, and Troubleshooting Windows Environments • Solid understanding of agile methodologies , working in small teams, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery • Strong knowledge of server virtualization technologies, solutions, and tools • Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and meet deadlines • Must have the ability to lead, mentor, train and develop associates • Must be detail oriented, have strong communication, organizational, and project management skills • Knowledge of regulatory compliance hardening policies and procedures is preferred • Experience in a Dev/Op environment a plus • Experience with Implementing, Supporting, and Troubleshooting Linux Server Environments a plus • Sharepoint administrative capabilities a plus Essential Skills Skills: Foot Locker is seeking ...Skills: Foot Locker is seeking a self-driven I.T. professional responsible for the administration of physical and virtual Windows based operating systems.
