*Description:*
Lead a team of engineering professionals to ensure delivery of high
quality, cost efficient network services to the VSU community. Interact
with other internal and external customers to set appropriate goals and
establish priorities. Provide leadership to the network services staff,
ensuring the IT needs of VSU faculty, staff, and students are met.
Implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure
capacity meets existing and future requirements. Responsible for completing
and delivering regular audits and assessments and providing reports as are
required by regulatory agencies and management. Partner with project
managers on solution analysis, business requirements, cost benefit
analysis, risk assessments, and business impact analysis. Provide Tier 3
support to all network related service desk incidents.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline or equivalent and 5-7
