Education and Experience Required: 5+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (8+ years in total). MS SQL Server certification 70-432 is a plus. Skills and Requirements: Experience with MS SQL Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012 and 2014 Enterprise on Windows Server 2008 is required. Experience with MS SQL Server in a clustered environment is a plus. MS Windows Server 2008 Enterprise is required. Experience with Windows Server 2008 in a virtualized environment is a plus. Knowledge of MS Windows Security Domains and Networking is required. Experience with replication (transactional or log shipping) required. SQL language programming experience/knowledge is a plus. Experience with SQL Maintenance Plans and SQL Agent is required. Familiarity with MS Sharepoint is a plus. Minimum 4 years MS SQL Server DBA experience including extensive production support required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
