Urgent Requirement for PeopleSoft Client Relationship Management based in Albany NY. Title:- PeopleSoft Client Relationship Management (CRM) - Analyst - (Functional) Location:- Albany NY Duration:-12 Months DUTIES: Under the direction of the Business Lead, the PeopleSoft CRM would be responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities: Assist in the facilitation of Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) for business process design and fit/gap Assist in the configuration and development of functional specs Support transition from design to development, testing and training work streams for CRM modules MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The resource needs to have five (5) years of PeopleSoft CRM work experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Multiple years of experience across multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
