1.*Job title:  Mobile Developer*

 

   Location:  Valencia, CA

 

   Duration: 12 months

 

 

Primary Function 
Design and develop mobile application software systems for controlling 
implantable neural stimulators and the tools and systems necessary for 
development, deployment, and management of such software systems. Specify, 
design, analyze, simulate, prototype, document, code, test and release to 
manufacturing the aforementioned software. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
Assist in formation of a new team and then lead that team of software 
engineers to build next generation technology. Assist in the creation of a 
technology roadmap by analyzing and selecting mobile application tools for 
the development of medical devices within a regulated environment. 
Implement a multi-faceted integrated solution in conjunction with technical 
peers. 
Analyze marketing and system requirements to specify software requirements, 
formulate the requirements into software architecture and detailed designs 
that enable inherent quality, implement designs using industry best 
practices and methodologies, and ensure that implementation is of the 
highest quality with proper design verification. 
Author the strategy for projects via Software Development Plans that 
outline deliverables for projects and addresses Development Environment, 
Coding Standards, Requirements Management, Configuration Management, Issue 
and Defect tracking process, Build Procedures, Verification and Validation 
methodologies and Iteration Planning. 
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is excited about taking on

learning is required. This candidate is comfortable communicating to 
technical peers and non-technical stakeholders and can drive decisions at 
all levels to ensure that projects remain on track. 

Basic Qualifications: 
BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, MS 
preferred 
Good software foundational skills: CS theory, clean, well-documented code, 
collaborative style, solid algorithms understanding, mastery of more than 
one language. 
An aptitude for learning new platforms and technologies on the fly, 
eagerness to seek out new technologies and new information 
8 years experience in developing commercial software products including the 
specification, design, documentation, coding, testing and release to 
manufacturing of commercial software. 
Client-side mobile application expert with 2 years experience and shipped 
products on both Android and iOS platforms 
Experience as team or project lead for mobile application team with the 
following responsibilities 
o Onboarding and mentoring 
o Owning project estimates and schedules 
o Technical decisions and architecture of significant scope 
o Working with external vendors 
o Working with internal cross-functional stakeholders 
Web Technologies - HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON 
Scripting Languages (Python, PHP, or other) 
Experience with version control system and continuous integration 
environment 
Experience with Agile methodologies 

Preferred Qualifications 
Candidates should have experience in several of the below and willingness 
to learn about and execute all of them: 
Web Frontend (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc.) 
C#, Microsoft .NET Framework and WPF 
Experience with MS Access, SQL server or similar SQL or NoSQL database 
Specific knowledge relating to software development for a class III medical 
devices 
Experience using IEC 62304:2006 development process 
Experience with client/server models for mobile application 
Experience in UI usability and developing applications with localization 
for international markets 
Experience with security of distributed and mobile devices and management 
of remote systems 
Experience deploying and administrating Windows images or MDM solutions 
Experience deploying and administrating server based tool systems 

Additional Notes: 
Mobile Expert 
Team Lead 
Needs to have both Android and Apple experience 
At least 2 years of mobile experience 
Minimum 5 of development wants someone that has been through the software 
lifecycle

 

 

*2.TITLE- PeopleSoft HCM Position*

*    location- New York City  *

*    6 month to a year   *

Must have a minimum of Seven (7) years’ experience with at least 1 year of 
9.2 experience working with multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools 
across multiple HCM modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition 
Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, MSS, ESS, 
Performance Management and Profile Management and worked as a HCM 
functional lead in 3+ PeopleSoft (9.0 and above) implementations and/or 
upgrade

Must have completed at least one (1) PeopleSoft HCM application upgrade 
from 8.9 or 9.0 to version 9.2 as a primary upgrade functional  analyst

Experience in interfacing with various cross functional teams to refine 
requirements and advise on best practices

Experience in performing Fit-Gap Analysis, Conduct Walk-thru Sessions and 
Proof of Concept sessions on the new 9.2 functionality for Recruiting, 
Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits 
Administration, MSS, ESS, Performance Management and Profile Management 
with the business users and Subject Matter Experts.

Experience in participating in the Keep/Drop decisions based on compare 
report results, and construct application flows for core Business 
processes, and create functional design for specific application 
customizations / enhancements including interfaces and reports.

Experience in providing full life-cycle support in requirements definition, 
system analysis, configuration, design, development, quality assurance, 
documentation, testing, training, change management and production 
stabilization support

Must be Proficient with SQL or PS/Query for reviewing data, troubleshooting 
and testing/validating source system data.

Must have strong writing skills and be able to create/update training 
materials using UPK

Demonstrated skill in verbal and written communications, making 
presentations before groups and committees, and working and/or leading 
effectively and cooperatively with staff and management.

Demonstrated skill in analysis and problem solving including determining 
priorities, producing fully developed quality recommendations to decision 
makers.

Ability and experience in training PS HCM modules 9.2 applications and 
delta.

Excellent Communications skills (Oral and written), interpersonal, and 
organizational skills. Demonstrated skill in verbal and written 
communications, making presentations before groups and committees, and 
working and/or leading effectively and cooperatively with staff and 
management

Experience in interfacing with various cross functional teams

Knowledge of Report Distribution Tools, such as VISTA Plus, LRS products 
etc.

Working experience and understanding of PeopleSoft Tools (v 8.54)
