Has 8+ years experience working as a SQL Server or Oracle Developer (Both would be a plus). 2. Has 2+ years of SSRS experience. 3. Has 5+ years of heavy hands-on coding /testing duties 4. Has performed supervisory duties in instructing, assigning, directing and checking the work of other Systems Analyst/Programmers. 5. Has generated clear and concise system design documentation which has been presented to peers and business/product subject matter experts. 6. Has assisted in planning, organizing, and controlling technical related projects. 7. Has Advanced SQL performance & tuning skills. 8. Embarcadero experience is a plus. 9.
