Deep knowledge and experience architecting highly available, cross domain,
large scale enterprise applications. Well rounded understanding of
enterprise technologies, including Skilled in communications, both spoken
and written, particularly around architectural documentation and other
relevant artifacts


A Certified Salesforce Technical Architect with Excellent Technical and
Communication Skills

   - Experience working with Business Stakeholders and Executives
   - Good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situations
   - Deep knowledge of Messaging systems, REST, and the Web Services space.
   - Understand system dependencies and integration points via APIs.
   - Deep knowledge and experience with systems integration.
   - Ability (and preference) to work in an Agile environment.
   - Involvement in SFDC release management including Sandbox management,
   change set tracking, and require
   - Involvement in SFDC release management including Sandbox management,
   change set tracking, and requirement collaboration with architecture &
   quality team

  *Professional Experience:*

   - required 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, Communities,
   service cloud and Force.com, including Apps, Integration Patterns, Security
   Models, Data Modelling, Custom Objects, and Deployments.
   - Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and
   REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
   - Familiarity with web/database application technologies like SQL,
   JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and CSS is required
   - Expert in Force.com Visual Force pages, Managed Packages, and
   integration to other third party solutions
   - Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems using web
   services and app exchange apps
   - Knowledge of Force.com best practices and design patterns
   - Experience in Agile methodology/Scrum is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities



. A proven functional/technical professional with at least 4 full lifecycle

Salesforce.com implementations and at least 5+ years' experience working

with SFDC.

. Direct experience with one SFDC Sales and Service Cloud (application

design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com)

. Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example,

SFDC APIs, Apex controllers Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound

messaging, SFDC data loaders, etc.)

. Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and

implementation of SFDC CRM software solutions.

. Understands complex ETL and data migration practices and has performed at

least 1 complex data migration to Salesforce.com.

. Work with functional leads to transform and develop new requirements into

design, implementation.

. Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the Business

Solutions.

 . Effectively work with management and other remote development staff to

accomplish Salesforce.com project deliverables.
