Location:           Nashville, TN

Client:               emids Technologies



*Responsibilities:*

·         Proactively recruit and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of
IT professionals

·         Recruit on college campuses for entry level and internship
candidates, including planning and attending student and faculty relations
activities

·         Utilize social media, personal network, online tools, industry
relationships, and community involvement to identify top talent

·         Seek involvement in, coordinate, and attend local industry events
and user group meetings

·         Assist with sourcing and screening for Nashville consulting pool
and other locations, coordinate applications and advertising

·         Assist with monthly Fun Team events for the office, and play an
active role in the office culture and employee morale



*Qualifications:*

·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         6+ years of experience in a recruiting role required

·         Experience recruiting in the Nashville market preferred

·         Experience recruiting IT professionals is a plus

·         Strong communication, presentation, and social skills

·         Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset

·         Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure
timely completion

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

·         Must be able to travel approximately 10%
