*Client: Anthem* Duration: 6-12 months Location: Norfolk, VA 1.Well written, well spoken, attention to detail 2.Experience in the following areas: -Read, interpret and apply understanding of requirements and design documents -Requirements solicitation and documentation -Functional and technical analysis -Understanding and creating visual data models (Examples include BPMN, UML, etc.) -Test and validate application functionality -Lead and direct requirements gathering and elaboration sessions -Liaison between business (client) and development teams -Manage multiple concurrent projects Preferred: 1.Experience as a Pega BA 2.Experience in TZG Facets 3.Experience troubleshooting and performing functional tests of web services (i.e. SoapUI) 4.Experience in the health care industry SUMMARY: Responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems projects). MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system. Creates and performs feature testing and determines environmental needs. Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Partners with business , architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction. In depth knowledge of tools utilized . Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements. Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. Develops use cases. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Requires BA/BS in computer science or information systems or Technical Degree; 6 or more years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Certifications preferred. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required. Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required. Experience with MS Office tools, Rational Tool suite required.
