Please go through the job description below and let me know if you would be interested. *Title : Project Test Lead* *Duration : 12+ Months* *Location : Spokane, WA* *Interview : Phone and Skype* Pay rate : $50/hr on c2c *Job Description:* Client is seeking a Project Testing Lead to support all testing activities across the customer facing technology program. This person would work with our digital communications and enterprise technology teams, which are responsible for the strategy and management of successful implementations, with direct impact on KPIs and customer experience and retention. This position will interface with business leaders, user experience, product management, operations, creative, and engineering teams, so the ability to work with multiple users in a corporate environment is critical. *Main responsibilities include:* Responsible for working with internal stakeholders to create, adapt, define, and communicate the testing strategy and plans for all customer facing projects. Responsible for working with 3rd party testing vendors to execute against test plans. Gathering alignment from all key stakeholders on the testing strategy. Contribute to the overall testing strategy to help define positive customer experiences. *Additional Skills:* *Skills and Experience:* BA / BS degree in related field or equivalent experience. Exceptional attention to detail and UAT/QC skills are required. Experience with planning and leading QA efforts required - 3+ years of experience with designing and executing test strategies in a corporate web environment. Extensive experience creating test cases and scripts. Experience working in a non-automated, manual testing environment required. Must have thorough understanding of testing/QA techniques, practices, and processes. Strong business analysis skills for capturing business/clinical scenarios and translating them into test cases and scripts needed. Experience in defining and documenting product/feature requirements is preferred. Prior experience managing large, complex, testing efforts crossing multiple departments required. Strong project management, problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills. Experience with Agile delivery is preferred Strong written oral communication skills.
