Some of them are 10 years or more old so they will help with defining new enhancements, moving data to cloud AWS. Their current system has outgrown the system....these fall under financial data, cost availability, and validations. Java (really middle tier and back end ... they do not need to be making things "pretty") Node JS - use this term on a constant basis - at least 1 solid hands on year enterprise dev exp edi knowledge would be a huge plus no travel / everyone works onsite - very collaborative cloud technology would be a huge plus (they are doing this from the ground up) Challenges: Asurion retail is hard to understand.. there is going to be a ramp up time to learn this, but the people there now are very tenured so that is a plus. *Job Details* Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, preferable at an enterprise level. At least 3 years of work experience in a position or related occupation with extensive experience building enterprise solutions. Ability to leverage application frameworks and middleware technology. Skill set should include experience in Java with an emphasis on web development. Experience to also include: AWS, NodeJS, and Agile methodologies.
