The Senior Analyst needs experience in an agile software development framework and also experience of supporting Force.com platform based applications. The Senior Analyst must have proficient knowledge of Force.Com platform. They have the ability to take business requirements and develop the technical design for an application to be run in production. They ensure the highest quality implementations from design, through QA, to production. They possess the ability to effectively work in a diverse technical environment. Excellent decision making skills. High level of customer service required. The Senior Analyst must have the ability to present at the various architecture review boards. Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, production implementation, and post implementation support. The Senior Analyst has the ability to lay out requirements for the project team. Ability to guide and direct work and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production. Conduct appropriate code and test reviews for assigned projects/systems.
