   - TC development experience with BMIDE, ITK, SoA, PLM, XML,etc.
   - Experience with ETL tools and scripts for Teamcenter like IPS Upload
   -  Ability to install, maintain & configure TC 11.x
   -  TC Data model, TC Workflows
   -  Data migration solution approach
   -  Multi CAD knowledge
   -  BoM/MBoM configuration
   -  Being able to understand the data migration needs

*Tools*

   -  TC 10.X & TC 11.
   - Teamcenter Version TC 10.X & TC 11.X (Same as GE Transportation TC
   version)
   -  Tcl/Tk
   -  Perl
   - Java/Eclipse
   - VisualStudio
   -  VirtualBox to load VMImage
