Extensive experience in all phases of the project such as requirement
gathering, analysis, GAP analysis, system configuration design and setups,
development, customization, extensions, data conversion, interfaces,
testing, migration, documentation Strong technical expertise in HCM Cloud
specifically in Custom BI Reports, PSFT Data Extraction, Data
Transformation to Fusion compatible format, HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM
Coexistence Experience in HCM Cloud in engagements involving Core HR,
Payroll,



Desired years of experience*: Above 5 years



Education/ Certifications (Required): BE or MCA Fusion, Cloud
Implementation Specialist certification



Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Technical Lead for Fusion Reporting requirements

2. Coordinate and own data migration to HCM Cloud

3. Coordinate and develop HCM extracts for integration
