*Job Requirement  Technical Skills Required:*



· Should have experience working in the Pharmacy Advisor subject
area

· Extensive experience in Teradata, minimum of 6+ years of
experience

· Should have strong experience in Teradata SQL, BTEQ and Utilities

· ETL development using Informatica Power center will be a plus

· Should have Data Warehousing implementation experience

· Data Modeling experience

· Experience in PBM and healthcare domain knowledge is a must

· Ability to be self-sufficient and take lead in problem solving

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Strong interpersonal / communication skills

· Experience in leading a team of ETL Leads


*DW Data Architecture*

· Should have good theoretical understanding of the technology
concepts

· Should be able to develop technology solutions to meet low and
medium complexity project specific business requirements

· Experience Range : 0-1 years of experience in developing
technology level solutions like architecture, framework, etc.



*Data Integration Architecture*



*Solution Architecture*

· Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements
and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.

· Work with the design team to realize the architecture by
providing suggestions on design options.

· Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design
teams.

· Work with client architecture teams in - validate the
non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on
architecture options

· Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as
required.

· Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP,
Velociq)



*Branding and Thought Leadership*

· Participate in conferences, blog, publish white papers, conduct
PoV sessions for customers.



*Data Integration Design*

· Experience in ETL framework definition, Architecture, evaluation
and comparison of tools.

· Experience in preparation of solution framework, whitepapers and
knowledge / competency documents.

· Interface with ETL product vendors, customers and technical
support groups and represent in various internal and external forums.

· 2years experience in ETL consulting or experience in Design 
Implementation of 2 ETL development projects.

*ETL*

· Should have basic understanding of Business Intelligence  Data
Warehousing, pro experience.

· Should have basic knowledge in at least one leading ETL Tools
(Infleading ETL tools

· Should have working knowledge of RDBMS and SQL skills.



*Data Warehousing*

· Should have competency in Data warehouse Concepts and ETL
concepts.

· Should have the idea of Data warehouse architecture and different
stages of data warehouse.

· Able to write basic SQL statements.

· Should have idea of Source Database, ETL, Staging Database, Data
warehouse, Operational Data source and Data mart concepts.

· Should have worked on atleast one database test project.

· Should be aware of the OLTP and OLAP concepts.
