VERY URGENT AND IMMEDIATE NEED Job Title: Data Modeler Location: Deerfield, IL 60015 – LOCAL – IN-PERSON INTERIVEW Duration: 06+ Month Contract *Job Description:* This position will also be responsible for creating a Physical Data Model (Sybase ASE and IQ). Including, keys, indexes, recommended partitions, etc. *Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:* Designs logical and physical data models of medium to high complexity, according to company standards. Demonstrated logical and physical modeling experience with large scale, multiple business solutions across divisions or enterprise. Communicate strategies and process around data modeling and data architecture to cross functional groups. nderstands the methodologies and technologies that depict the flow of data within and between application systems and business functions/operations. This position identifies opportunities to reduce data redundancy, trends in data uses and single sources of data. Demonstrated experience to develop consensus. Responsible for the identification and resolution of information flow, content issues and the transformation of business requirements into logical data models. Works on medium to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple data arenas. Architects to translate business requirements into model specifications.
