*Position Title: **Performance Tester* * Location: Springfield, MO* *Duration: 6 Months* * Note: Prefer USC or GC Only* *Description:* * Project Description - *Assist overall project team in development of application performance standards by simulating client workloads on Citrix Server. * Required Skills: *- Expertise with the performance testing tool HP LoadRunner. Should be able to write advanced scripts and the ability to develop custom utilities on demand - Hands on experience with the protocols Web (HTML/HTTP), Web Services, Citrix protocols - Experience with the Microsoft Azure environments - Experience in Windows application and operating environments - Strong written, oral & presentation skills *Tasks: *- Interact with the various business stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements and prepare performance test plans. - Create and execute performance test strategy - Creation of very complex performance test scripts that are flexible and dynamic to validate the application performance - Execute various types of performance tests - Coordinate with team and ensure smooth project delivery - Analyze the client-side and server side results, come up with recommendations and participate in go / No-go meetings - Clearly articulate the test artifacts that are understood by the Dev. teams, Business Analysts, product owners and Directors.
