Role: J2EE Architect
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Interview Mode: Phone & SKYPE
The role requires specific hands on experience working with high volume
transaction
systems. However, a solid base in Java with demonstrated ability to manage
teams yet be hands on with development will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the applications that were built on J2EE with high TPS, in memory
caching, JSON etc
• Identify issues hands on and architect optimal solutions
• Guide the development/ maintenance teams
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years as an
Architect
• Thorough expertise in all phases of reliable, resilient, scalable, high
performance
projects
• Extensive design and development experience with J2EE applications
• Hands on experience with J2EE application deployment technology
• Thorough knowledge with J2EE application platform configuration and
performance
optimization
• Ability to perform analysis of system requirements to determine feasibility,
costs, and benefit
• Ability to provide strategic direction and technical leadership to align
objectives with overall firm strategy
• Takes personal responsibility to improve processes and systems
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar or equivalent work
experience
