However, they could make the decision via Skype or Google Hangout following the 1st stage interview Exactly what I’m looking for: • This person would be coming in at the very start of the project. • iOS or Android experience preferred. If they have both…amazing. If not, then one or the other at the moment will do. • Education is really big – Degree’s from well-known Technical Universities such as MIT, Would need some sort of Engineering/Technical degree • If they’ve had experience in a start-up that’s great (preferred) • Experience working in small team environments • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience w/ Full Application Development Lifecycle. (Design –> Development –> Launch) (They are in the “pre-dater?” stage…starting from scratch) Python, Java, HTML5 are some of the skills that he mentioned would be needed at this stage • Building out the platform for a Q1 2017 launch. • X-FACTOR: Having experience launching a platform, which enables video streaming. • Need to be discrete, as they would be working with celebrity athletes. • Bonus if they have a passion for sports. Overview of Product: • Sports app trying to create a sports YouTube • 1st launch – NFL training sessions led by well-known athletes • 2nd launch – Female athlete • Future Launches – eventually expanding into more sports Basically competing with Nike apps for training tips and videos Day-to-Day: Building out the platform for a Q1 2017 launch.
