*Job Title* BI Developer with XML *Project Location* Austin, TX *Duration* 3 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI: PHONE+FACE2FACE* seeking a XML Report Developer for a long term assignment beginning in 3 months with our Austin, Texas based client. Responsibilities for this position include: • Develops and maintains report structures for a group or organization. • Works with users to gather requirements for report development. • Provides information to users related to how-to use the system. • Follows software development processes, prepares detailed documentation and generates work estimates in an SDLC environment. • Performs related work as assigned. Requirements: • Able to work with the user, Project Managers, or other Business & IT SMEs/BAs to define BI requirements. • Able to work with the Data Warehouse, PeopleSoft and Agency teams to ensure reports comply with the standards and that all data modeling artifacts are prepared accurately in a timely fashion. • Able to develop PeopleSoft XML / Business Objects reports based on functional specifications. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Able to work independently in a team environment with local and remote teams. • Must possess problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task with readiness to put in extra efforts when necessary. Four (4) years of experience in each of the following areas: 1. PeopleSoft 9.2 or above Treasury; and 2. PeopleSoft XML / Business Intelligence Report Writing. 3. Five (5) years of experience in each of the following areas: 4. Business/System/Data Analysis and Improvement; and development of various reporting mechanisms. 5. Three (3) years of experience with data integration, data quality, multidimensional design, ETL tools, processes and methodology.
