The objective is to guide the projects, through partnership, by facilitating events, working with corporate strategy, adopting agile best practices, and understanding and performing metrics reporting. The successful consultant is proactive and is able to read their customer to identify needs and also see when to step back. The DPO (Delivery Practice Operations) team has a unique view across the portfolio, thus being able to identify trends, create relationships and see synergies across several efforts. *Delivery Practice Consultant* Consulting skills; Coaching in Agile & Lean process & technique Facilitation of key large corporate project events requiring excellent presentation and coaching skills with diverse audiences Passionate about building relationships and customer experience Skilled in the PM function, how it works and what is needed to get things accomplished as a PM Have an awareness of how Agile works in comparison to Waterfall ; ideally working knowledge Budget Management; estimating & metrics Writing effective requirements (ideally in Agile framework User stories, Product backlog increments) Ability to work with projects on preparing and reviewing documents for project governance checkpoints.
