*Success Factors LMS Consultant (Techno-Functional) * *2+ Months * *Cambridge, MA * * Qualifications: * - Performing development work for the SuccessFactors LMS (Learning Management System) implementation - Conducting knowledge transfer sessions around the technical components of the implementation to team members - Providing technical leadership around the system architecture, development best practices, system updates, ongoing support and maintenance, etc. - Responsible for IT support for Success Factors LMS HR. Support includes day-to-day operations and project work on the LMS platform. - Significant impact to direct operations of HR and by extension, the employees of Biogen. Subject matter expert to management on scope of work requests and projects. Significant consequences associated with erroneous work and missed tasks. - Complexities of problems span the spectrum from low level problem solving to significant strategy-related solutions. Significant ability to prioritize and sequence work independently with ability to act decisively with limited information. - Significant knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS - Full lifecycle project experience (requirements through deployment) - Experience designing and developing on the SuccessFactors platform to satisfy requirements including pages, classes, integrations and interfaces, workflows, triggers, business logic and custom objects. - Extensive development experience on the SuccessFactors platform - Experience creating and modifying custom reports in SuccessFactors - Experience developing integrations between SuccessFactors and upstream/downstream systems - Experience migrating objects between development, test, and production SuccessFactors environments - Excellent analytical, de-bugging skills and documentation skills and experience in providing production support - Experience in unit, system and regression testing as well as writing test scripts - Experience working on Web/XML technologies, Java, JavaScripting Minimum Requirements: - 4+ years of experience working with the SuccessFactors platform. - Excellent Communication Skills - Exposure to Health Care/biotech industry and validated systems preferred - Experience working with SaaS based system preferred -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
